Sometimes I get sent a picture by some of my fantastic cheese makers asking if I'd like to try one of their latest creations. This is as Ashed King Gabriel from Beatrix Dairy, Ficksburg. When I know how delicious his (@sinteryox) regular Gabriel is and I see how amazing this looks, I say yes please, send it my way. It'll be arriving some time next week hopefully so feel free to pop in and let us know your thoughts on this beautiful looking, raw milk, free range goats milk cheese.
