With a higher fat content than its French counterpart, what it may lack in strength it more than makes up in richness. Sit it out of the fridge, talk to it and sooner or later it'll start talking back. Traditionally eaten with green figs round this neck of the woods. Also works well with blackberry jam or smudged into some lightly toasted rye bread.
