Sheep milk yoghurt from Bloemfontein

This yoghurt is up there with the great and the good of full cream, grass fed yoghurts. Made from one of the only dairy sheep herds in South Africa, Elmarie Van Aswegen has brought to us this thick, almost cuttable, rich dense delicious yoghurt. Sheep's milk is roughly 7% fat, yet the molecules are much smaller than cow's milk, so much easier to digest - like Buffalo milk. Very high in Calcium and Zinc, very good for bone density and those suffering from osteoporeosis.
